The Board
Whether you’re alone or tethering with friends the Fly Air Fit is a hardcore training board. The extra wide base of 34” provides more stability than most other inflatable SUP boards. At 10’6” long there is plenty of room to move about working on your balance and strength through yoga or Pilates.

Design, Construction and Features
The Fly Air Fit is made with Fanatic’s pure Drop Stitch Light Technology. This all-around board begins with a drop stitch core that is then wrapped in a strong layer of Tarpaulin and two PVC layers are added along the rails. The top deck of the board is covered in a soft diamond grooved traction pad that will keep you comfortable long after a workout and cruise around. The Fly Air Fit has carrying handles along the sides of the board and at the nose and tail. You can use the multi-functional handles for easier handling in and out of the water or attach power bands for a killer workout.
On one of the handles is a paddle strap for securing your paddle to the side of the board while you stretch out. Extra eyelets are found on the Fly Air Fit for use with the Fly Air platforms and tethering with your workout partners. The platforms are available in two sizes and act as a docking station for 8-10 boards. You and your friends can attach your boards to the platforms which provide a stable docking station for a workout class and can even accommodate an instructor in the middle. A bungee storage zone is located at the nose of the board for keeping gear dry and secure. The Fly Air Fit comes in a soft eye-pleasing blue with bold accent stripes and the Fanatic logo stamped along the rail and nose of the board.

Fanatic includes a standard accessory bundle with each of its inflatables. The Fly Air Fit comes with a premium backpack that features soft shoulder and hip straps with plenty of space for your board, paddle, pump and other small accessories. The Fanatic Power Pump HP2 features two stroke options and a built in pressure gauge for getting your board pumped up in a matter of minutes.
Taking it for a Spin
Once out on the water the Fly Air Fit is a smooth glider and makes for a great cruising board. The transition from paddling to training is effortless. Place the paddle in the paddle strap to keep it secure and out of the way and the deck of the board has everything you need to get a good workout in. The base is wide and extremely stable so you can focus more on your breathing and less on trying not to fall in. The platforms are easy to connect to and feel just as stable as the boards do under your feet. Using power bands and the handles at the nose and tail of the board feels safe and the added stiffness of this inflatable board prevent any bending or bowing in the middle. This smooth glider can go from lazy to full power in a few simple movements. The Fly Air Fit is a great workout board to take your training to the next level anywhere you go.
Likes and Dislikes
Not only does Fanatic produce ridiculously good looking and functional boards they cater to every type of rider. There is not much to dislike about every board in the complete Fanatic range, but if we were to search we could locate one little flaw in the accessory packs. The premium backpack is great as well as the easy to use pump, but we would like to see a paddle or even a safety leash included with each inflatable board.
